Fixed:
- New Storylets now receive a unique persistent UUID during INSERT.
- Existing Storylet edits keep their current UUID.
- Blank legacy Storylet UUID rows were repaired: 0.
- Code patch was already present; no new source backup was needed.

You can now create and save a new Storylet normally.
